Abstract
The invention relates to a method and apparatus for laminating glass sheets. A sandwich structure to be laminated is preheated with radiation heat to a temperature of about 30.degree. C.-45.degree. C. This is followed by a first pressing operation between a pair of rolls (1). Next, the sandwich structure is heated by two-sided hot-air blasting (4, 5) for raising the temperature of glass and film to a temperature range of 60.degree. C.-85.degree. C. This is followed by a pressing operation between a second pair of press rolls.
