Abstract
In accordance with the present invention, a composition and method is provided that is effective in treating infections caused by microorganisms including, but not limited to, bacteria, viruses, and fungi. The present invention is effective in inhibiting the growth of bacteria such as Mycobacterium species including, but not limited to, Mycobacterium avium-intracellulare complex and M. tuberculosis.
