Abstract
Recycled plastics, predominandy thermoplastics, from domestic, commercial and industrial waste can be stabilized against thermooxidative degradation by adding a combination of a sterically hindered phenol with an organic phosphite or phosphonite and a metal salt of a fatty acid.
