Abstract

Compositions and processes for imparting repellency to low surface tension fluids in thermoplastic polymers, said compositions containing compounds of formulae R.sub.f SO.sub.2 (CH.sub.2).sub.n C(O).sub.2 OR, RSO.sub.2 (CH.sub.2).sub.n C(O)OR.sub.f and R.sub.f SO.sub.2 R wherein R.sub.f is F(CF.sub.2).sub.x --(CH.sub.2).sub.m wherein x is 4 to 20 and m is 2 to 6, R is a saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon with an average carbon chain length of 12 to 66 carbons; and n is 1 to 4 are disclosed.
