Abstract
Polypyrrole represented as the following structural formula II: ##STR1## wherein A.sup.- = ##STR2## which is synthesized by a method comprising the step of polymerizing pyrrole monomer in an aqueous solution containing dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid as a dopant, in the presence of an oxidant, resulting in polypyrrole which is easily dissolved in organic solvents.
