Abstract

Acids and esters of diosmetin of formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5, R.sub.6 and R.sub.7 are as defined in the description, and the physiologically tolerable salts thereof. The said compounds can be used as medicaments in the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency and any other disorder involving hyperpermeability and/or inflammation.
