3,7-Diazabicyclo�3.3!nonanes and selected derivatives thereof of the general formula: ##STR1## wherein Q=S; Z=CH.sub.2 ; and Y equals an N-acyl or N-alkyl group are disclosed as multiclass antiarrhythmic agents.
