Abstract
The present invention relates to a silver halide photographic emulsion having improved sensitometric properties; in particular, the present invention relates to a silver halide photographic product comprising this emulsion. The emulsion of the invention comprises tabular grains consisting mainly of silver bromide dispersed in a binder consisting of a hydrophilic colloid and a latex, the emulsion before coating having a pAg between 9.0 and 9.9. The present invention in particular enables the pressure fog to be reduced.
