Abstract
Universal running board that is substantially symmetrical such that it can be mounted to either the driver side or passenger side of a vehicle. The running board assembly includes a mounting device that provides for continuous linear adjustment of the running board. A fender flare is countered so to nest with the running board and provide an integral form.
