Abstract
The invention is directed to therapeutic methods for treating diseases associated with tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-.alpha.) induced cell toxicity and/or complement induced cell toxicity, and improved methods for treating diseases whose therapy comprises the administration of n-acetylcysteine.
