Abstract
In accordance with the teachings of the present invention, there are provided methods, gels, and transferring devices for loading gels. The methods and devices of the present invention involve the use of ultra-thin, miniature, disposable, slab gels for the quick, inexpensive and high resolution analysis of polynucleotide samples.
