Abstract

This invention provides new antifungal compounds of Formula I or II: ##STR1## wherein R, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are defined in the specification produced by culture LL-15G256 (Hypoxylon oceanicum), NRRL 21363 and their production by fermentation and use as antifungal agents.
