Abstract
Film slides bearing encoded data and methods for preparing them. The film slides each include a transparency having an image section bearing a visual image and a data section bearing encoded data relating to the visual image; and a mount including a data portion bearing magnetically recorded data relating to said visual image. The data portion of the mount physically supports the transparency.
