Abstract
A distributed data processing network including a method and apparatus for sending secured data between a plurality of computers is disclosed. The distributed data processing network preferably includes a server computer, a plurality of user computers, a communication network coupling the server computer with the user computers, and a plurality of security circuits. The security circuits each include a clock circuit, a linear feedback shift register, a data encrypter/decrypter, and a password randomizer that cooperate for sending secured data between the server computer and any one of the user computers without sending the user's password to be sent over the network communication path.
