Abstract
A method for inhibiting the degradation of a hepatocyte-growth factor (HGF) which comprises combining at least one polysaccharide or a derivative thereof with a hepatocyte-growth factor (HGF) is disclosed. The polysaccharides include heparin, hyaluronic acid, dextran, dextran sulfate, heparan sulfate, dermatan sulfate, keratan sulfate, chondroitin, and chondroitin sulfate.
