Abstract

An abrasive composition comprising abrasive grains of an inorganic material dispersed in a dispersion medium, characterized in that said dispersion medium contains an electrolytic water. A process for polishing an object using said abrasive composition. The abrasive composition enables to attain a high quality polish-finished surface at an improved polishing efficiency.
