Abstract
An implant at least partly comprises and at least on the infection-protected surface areas of resorbable material and contains therein an antimicrobiotic agent, the solubility of the antimicrobiotic agent being chosen in such a way that it is delivered substantially throughout the entire degradation time of the material.
