Abstract
Disclosed are 14-aminosteroid compounds, including pharmaceutically acceptable acid salts and esters thereof, useful in treating individuals afflicted with congestive heart failure, which compounds have the general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.3 is a deoxy or oxygen-substituted monosaccharide sugar residue and R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.4 are various other substituents as defined herein.
