Abstract
Thiophene compounds of formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are as defined in the description, and salts thereof with appropriate acids. Those compounds and their physiologically tolerable salts can be used as medicaments in the treatment of pathologies characterized by a loss of bone tissue.
