Abstract
A system of protective garments for caretakers is disclosed. The system provides for comfortable garments to protect medical or nursing personnel while they are attending patients. The system includes a outter garment having a outter layer which is impervious to fluids and an inner liner that is comfortable to the wearer. A vest like garment is provided to be worn under the outter garmant and hold heat exchanger devices to cool the wearer. The system is designd to be disposable, however some of the elements may be reused if they have not come in contact the patients.
