Compounds of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sub.l, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, Y and Z are as defined in claim 1, and, if appropriate, the tautomers thereof, in each case in free form or in salt form, can be used as agrochemical active ingredients and can be prepared in a manner known per se.
