Abstract

An enossal implant includes a base member, a one-piece spacer member and tening head which has a skeleton structure composed of metal and plastic material. The spacer sleeve has a blind bore with threads in the fastening head portion for receiving a threaded implant post. The skeleton structure has cavities in a metal body filled with an elastic plastic material to enable the spacer sleeve to be compressed in an axial direction and also to bend in response to bending stresses.
