Abstract
Disclosed are (2-one (or thione)-1,3-dithiole-4,5-diyl)bis(thiomethylthiocyanate) compounds corresponding to the formula: ##STR1## wherein Z is oxygen or sulfur, compositions containing said compounds and their use as antimicrobial and marine antifouling agents.
