Abstract

Described is a multilayered base layer comprising at least one textile layer and at least one copper layer which are joined together by needling, wherein the puncture holes produced in the copper layer by the needling have a diameter of not more than 1 mm, and a process for producing it. Also described is the use of this layer as a starting material for producing bituminized sealing felts and also the use of the multilayered base layer and of the bituminized sealing felts produced therefrom for discharging electrostatic charges.
