Abstract

A central networker interface is used to establish inter-operability between a conventional communication system and a trunked communication system. The central networker interface provides the conventional communication system with wireline and RF connections to the trunked communication system. These connections allow each system to share information pertaining to communication units operating within their respective coverage areas.
