Abstract

A highly heat-resistant crosslinked polymer is prepared by subjecting an organic-inorganic hybrid polymer consisting of the repeating monomeric units of the formula ##STR1## in which A is a divalent hydrocarbon group such as phenylene group, to an oxidative crosslinking reaction by heating in air at 50.degree. to 400.degree. C.
