Abstract
This invention relates to substituted benzenesulfonylureas and -thioureas, processes for their preparation, and uses of the pharmaceutical products based on these compounds. The substituted benzenesulfonylureas and -thioureas are of the formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 E, and y are as defined in the specification. The compounds of formula I have antiarrhythmic activity.
