Abstract

A pharmaceutical composition which comprises a pharmaceutically effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom, R.sup.2 represents --(CH.sub.2).sub.m -A wherein m is an integer of 0 to 3, and A represents pyridyl which is unsubstituted or is substituted by C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl said alkyl being unsubstituted or substituted by phenyl, and R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkyl which is unsubstituted or is substituted with a halogen atom or --OR.sup.13 wherein R.sup.13 represents a hydrogen atom or C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkyl which is unsubstituted or is substituted with a halogen atom or phenyl, or when their adjacent substituents are taken together, they represent C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 oxyalkylene having one or two oxygen atoms; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier therefor.
