Abstract

The present invention relates to aqueous fabric conditioning compositions containing a quaternary ammonium compound and/or amine precursor thereof of the formulae (I) or (II) herein, and a cellulase, said compositions having a neat pH at 20.degree. C., of from about 2.0 to about 4.5.
