Abstract
A method for cleaning tubes or vessels utilizes a composition which contains a ceramic particulate spherical or conical in shape in an amount of 1-20 wt % of the total composition, and a liquid organic solvent in an amount of 80-99 wt % of the total composition, wherein the ceramic particulate is dispersed within the liquid solvent and wherein the solvent also has present in it N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone in an amount of 1-15 wt % of the total composition.
