Abstract

The invention relates to new 12-amino-pyridazino-[4',5':3,4]-pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinolines of general formula (I) ##STR1## wherein --NR.sub.1 R.sub.2 represents an amino or substituted amino group, and acid addition salts thereof. The new active substances have potential use in pharmaceutical compositions for treating cardiac insufficiency and cerebral metabolic disorders.
