Substituted anilides of formula (I), wherein Q is one of (Q-1), (Q-2) and (Q-3), and R.sup.1 to R.sup.5, Y, Z and Z.sup.1 are as defined in the text, arthropodicidal compositions containing such compounds; and a method for controlling arthropods by use of such compounds.
