Abstract
Use of extracts of filamentous bacteria in cosmetics. According to the invention, an extract of at least one non-photosynthetic and non-fruiting filamentous bacterium is used as active ingredient for the preparation of a cosmetic composition intended to combat ageing of the skin. Application in the treatment either of the skin for the purpose of reducing and/or of delaying the loss of elasticity, or of the scalp for the purpose of reducing and/or delaying greying of the hair.
