Abstract
The invention concerns a process for dimerization, co-dimerization and oligomerization of olefins, in particular .alpha.-olefins, with a catalytic composition resulting from a mixing at least one tungsten oxyhalide, at least one aryl isocyanate of diisocyanate, and at least one alkylaluminum halide.
