Abstract

An exercise device for performing a variety of resistance exercises for toning various parts of the body. A rigid one-piece frame member has a substantially 'H'-shaped configuration with a central support and two pairs of outwardly extending spaced parallel rails or leg members terminating in outer open ends. Elastic bands extend between the spaced rails and across the end openings. A user performs various arm and leg exercises by selectively pushing in or pulling out on the bands.
