Abstract

The components of a heating-ventilation and/or air conditioning apparatus, which are disposed on the side of the passenger space in relation to a transverse partition separating this passenger space from the engine compartment, are disposed one after the other in a substantially horizontal direction along the longitudinal axis of the vehicle and are mounted centrally in the dashboard. The components of the apparatus may thus be grouped in a central module of the dashboard and are particularly suitable for motor vehicles of the 'single box' type.
