Abstract

The invention concerns a new urate oxidase activity protein which has the following sequence (SEQ ID NO:1): ##STR1## optionally preceded by a methionine, or in that it may present a degree of substantial homology with this sequence. The invention is also aimed at medicines containing this protein as well as the genetic engineering implements to obtain it.
