Abstract
A organic solventless two component rapidly curing primer composition comprising a low viscosity dimethylsiloxane oligomer end capped with amino-ethyl-amino-propyl-dimethoxysiloxyl and an organotitanate, a process for the manufacture thereof, and a process for the use therewith said primer particularly suited for use with room temperature vulcanizable silicone sealants and a low viscosity dimethylsiloxane oligomer end capped with amino-ethyl-amino-propyl-dimethoxysiloxyl as a primer for room temperature vulcanizable sealants whereby such sealants may be painted.
