Abstract

An image receiving sheet for thermal transfer printing according to the present invention comprises a dye receiving layer, a foam film, an adhesive layer, a release layer, a support layer and a lubricant layer which are successively laminated. The image receiving sheet for thermal transfer printing has a seal portion consisting of the dye receiving layer, the foam film and the adhesion layer, also having a support portion consisting of the release layer, the support layer and the lubricant layer.
