Abstract
Mixtures comprising a herbicidally effective amount of a pyridylsulfonylurea of formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and A are as defined in claim 1, and a herbicide-antagonistically effective amount of a sulfamoylphenylurea of formula II ##STR2## wherein R.sub.12 to R.sub.16 and A.sub.2 are as defined in claim 1, are very suitable for the control of weeds in crops of useful plants, especially maize.
