Abstract

Compounds having the structural formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, R.sub.2 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl or haloalkyl, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are hydrogen or halogen, and R.sub.5 is hydrogen or COOR.sub.6 wherein R.sub.6 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 linear or branched alkyl, alkenyl, or alkynyl, and compositions comprising the compounds. The compounds and compositions are useful as herbicides, desiccants and defoliants.
