Abstract
A cosmetic composition comprising corneocyte proteins and transglutaminase in a cosmetically acceptable vehicle is provided. Upon application, the ingredients of the cosmetic cross link with the outer layer of skin, hair or nails to form a protective layer on the skin, hair or nails.
