Abstract
This invention relates to pyrrolidine derivatives and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, their pharmaceutical compositions, and methods of use as thromboxane A.sub.2 antagonists and/or thromboxane A.sub.2 synthetase inhibitors in the treatment of thrombotic diseases, asthma or nephritis, e.g. of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is thienyl(lower)alkyl, furyl(lower)alkyl or pyrrolyl(lower)alkyl.
