Abstract
A water-based toner-receptive composition suitable for electrophotographic or xerographic imaging, comprising: a) from about 65 to about 99 parts of a transparent film-forming core/shell latex polymer, wherein the ratio of core to shell of said core/shell latex polymer ranges from about 10/90 to about 90/10, with the core having a lower T.sub.g than the shell; b) from about 1 to about 15 parts polymeric particles; and c) from 0 to about 20 parts of an antistatic agent selected from the group consisting of cationic agents, anionic agents, fluorinated agents, and nonionic agents.
