Abstract

A filter for removing leukocytes and thrombocytes from a solution containing blood components, such as CRC, comprises a filter material having a first surface serving as an inlet surface and a second surface serving as an outlet surface. The outlet surface has a positive zeta potential greater than that of the inlet surface in an electrolyte solution having a pH value of 5.0 to 7.0.
