Abstract
The invention relates to an emulsion containing an aqueous phase dispersed in an oily phase using a mixed ester of isostearic acid and succinic acid with glycerol, and at least 10% by weight of polyol relative to the total weight of the emulsion. This emulsion is intended in particular for the cosmetic and/or dermatological treatment of hands.
