Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for fixing images formed by a printing material containing a resin component on a recording medium, comprising: a first step of providing the printing material to the recording medium to form the images, and a second step of contacting the printing material provided on the recording medium with a fixing solution to fix the printing material on the recording medium, the fixing solution comprising a monoester of bivalent organic acid.
