Abstract
A control apparatus for a work object, the control apparatus having a pair of substantially contrarotating members operable to define a selected relationship designated by the relationship of the members relative to each other; and an assembly for mounting the substantially contrarotating members in controlling relation to the work object whereby the selected relationship is operable to control the work object.
