Abstract
Disclosed is a clarifying composition mainly containing a phosphonite stabilizer composition, the main component of which is tetrakis-(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)-4,4-biphenylene diphosphite, with certain sorbitol based compounds having a melting point of greater than 200.degree. C., a process for preparing the clarifying compositions and polyolefin compositions containing the clarifying composition.
