Abstract
The invention concerns the use of i.a. 1-[2-(2-naphthyl)ethyl]-4-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyri dine and its pharmaceutically acceptable addition salts for the preparation of medicaments suitable for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of neuronal degenerative processes including senile dementia, vascular dementia, and Alzheimer's disease.
